What is coaching?

Coaching is non-directive conversation that brings about change through asking questions, brain storming, reflection, choice and new behaviours in order to assist you to make courageous decisions about your life, relationships and work.”

What are the differences between coaching and therapy?

I am often asked what the difference is between coaching and therapy. There are some similarities between the two, but where therapy could focus on past events in your life, coaching focus on the present and future.  A coach does not give advice but leads you through questioning and other techniques to clarity.  I believe that you, and only you, know what is best for you and the challenge that you are experiencing in any moment.  


I bring the tools, you bring the change.

I’ve been a certified coach since 2006, offering face to face and Skype/Zoom online coaching.  I have worked with people from all walks of life, helping them to shake their lives up and feel bolder, more excited, confident and happy.

I work with both women and men and besides my coaching qualification, I am also certified to incorporate further supportive therapies into the sessions, giving my clients the best possible springboard.  


In my own life I have learnt many lessons, some of them the hard way, which gives me the experience and background to fully support you with both the "pushing" and "cushioning", as needed.  I can help to get you moving with momentum.  I am on your side – let’s do this!
